If you miss one of the required side quests in Act I before sailing to the Isle of Mists, you will not be able to trigger "Reason of State" and you'll miss this achievement. During this aforementioned quest, you will then automatically assassinate King Radovid as part of the quest's objective. Before the solution for this achievement is presented, it must be stated right now that this is a HIGHLY MISSABLE achievement.ĭuring your playthrough, you will need to complete a number of side quests throughout Act I in order to trigger the "Reason of State" side quest towards the very end of the game in Act III.
